Before your consultation, we’ll email you a welcome letter and an online link to complete all the necessary forms. It’s super-fast and there’s no need to print anything out. This will save time at the appointment. But don’t worry if you forget or don’t have time – we’re happy to provide an iPad when you arrive to quickly accomplish the forms.
